How we work
Consultation
We begin with a conversation — no obligation, no pitch. We want to understand your project, your brief, your timeline, and what success looks like for you. This can happen in person at our showroom, on site, or remotely.
Survey
Our technical team visits the site to take precise measurements, assess structural conditions, and confirm that our specification works in your specific context. Every detail is captured in CAD before we commit to a production drawing.
Design
We produce detailed technical drawings showing profiles, glazing specifications, hardware, and finish options. We collaborate closely with your architect or contractor to resolve any coordination issues before manufacturing begins.
Manufacturing
Each frame is built by hand in our Watford workshop using CNC-cut profiles and hand-finished joints. Our quality team checks every unit against the production drawing before it leaves the floor. Lead times are agreed at contract stage and respected.
Installation
Our specialist installation team delivers and fits every window. We do not subcontract this work. Our installers are trained on every system we make and carry full liability insurance for any works carried out on your property.
Aftercare
Every Glassmorph installation is covered by a 10-year structural guarantee. Our aftercare team is available for adjustments, maintenance guidance, and any questions that arise after handover. We expect our windows to outlast us.
